What did the interview consist of?
Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Diversity recruiting: phone screened followed by superday. Most questions were behavioral and to gauge if you're a good fit. Asked a few basic accounting questions (what 2 financial statements would you want and walk me through depreciation). Very few technicals (how would you value a restaurant and debt v equity) and applying these to scenarios.
