Investment Banking Summer Analyst

A lot easier than I thought it'd be. I go to a target so there was a dinner the night before interviews, first round interviews on campus, and then a superday the following day. It was pretty packed together. It was super easy technicals (ie how do the statements flow together, if you have one statement what is it, three major valuation methods). I think a lot of it was behavioral and I made a good impression on the people I was speaking with at the dinner which went a long way. HR is incredible, super well put together and the whole process lasted three days, and I ended up signing my offer by the end of the week
