Investment Banking Summer Analyst

30 Minute phone interview very easy. They asked the typical walk me through your resume, why wells fargo, why investment banking and then dove into some situationals that they had on been told to ask, which were tell me a time you showed leadership and what value you provided, tell me a time when you had to switch working environments and how did you adapt, and tell me a time when you had failed. They only asked one technical at the very end - if you had to choose two financial statements to value a company which would they be and why.
