Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Had to do about 10 coffee chats before the interview process. This allowed me to get invited for an interview. After that, the first round interview was over zoom with two other associates. They asked a series of behavioral and technical questions. I was not invited back for a final round interview. The final round was going to be later that day with a MD and a director. They were the captains for recruiting at my school.
