Interview
I received a phone interview through a connection I had with employees. The phone interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and was with mid-level employee. The questions were mostly fit and some basic finance questions. At the end of the interview, I got asked to come in for an in-person interview.

I had 8 in-person interviews which each lasted 30 minutes. Each interview was with one junior member and one senior member. The questions were a combination of fit, valuation, and general interest. Most candidates can prepare for the technical questions with any typically IB guide. The MDs were all about fit. I don't think there is a easy way to prepare for those types of questions except be confident and relaxed.
Interview Questions
Give me three different methods to value this item (Pointing to whatever prop was in the room)?

1. I broke the item in parts and valued each item individually.
2. I thought of comparable items and the prices at which they had sold.
3. I estimated a value for the item to be sold and the time it would take to sell it. I then discounted it back to the present.

Why would you want to move here?
I know I want to work in this industry and with a smaller group. I am willing to move wherever the opportunity presents itself to work in this field.
