Investment Banking Analyst

I received a phone interview through a connection I had with employees. The phone interview lasted approximately 30 minutes and was with mid-level employee. The questions were mostly fit and some basic finance questions. At the end of the interview, I got asked to come in for an in-person interview.

I had 8 in-person interviews which each lasted 30 minutes. Each interview was with one junior member and one senior member. The questions were a combination of fit, valuation, and general interest. Most candidates can prepare for the technical questions with any typically IB guide. The MDs were all about fit. I don't think there is a easy way to prepare for those types of questions except be confident and relaxed.
