Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I initially applied about a week ago, then received a HireVue from the recruiter for the position, and then was given some time to complete it. The questions asked about why I was interested in WTW and were heavily situational (behavioral) questions for the HireVue–I was asked about a time I worked in a collaborative environment, struggled to reach a goal, and each time to describe my actions as well as the outcome/result of them.
