Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Spoke with a headhunter in charge of the process who informed me of the opportunity. Gave an overview of why WPP and Chicago. Recruiter really stressed geo perspective and wanted clear ties to the city to advance me to the client. Spoke on undergrad ties to midwest + family and advanced to 1:1 call with a VP on the team.
Quick 30 minute intro call, focused on behaviorals with some light technical questions at the end of the screen. Was told tehy would be in touch once they "ramp up" but ghosted process with no call back. HH also confirmed they did not hear any reason for my drop so unclear on motivations / status. Overall odd pace but nice people.
