Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After finding a suitable position on their careers website, I carefully crafted my resume and cover letter to showcase my skills and experience. A few days later, I received an email inviting me to a phone interview, where I had a chance to discuss my qualifications and aspirations with a friendly HR representative. Following the interview, I was asked to complete some assessments that allowed me to demonstrate my abilities further. Shortly after, I received an invitation for an in-person interview at their office, where I met the team and got a glimpse of the vibrant work environment. Now, I'm eagerly awaiting the final decision, hoping to become a part of the Xerox family and contribute to their success.
