Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round consisted of a resume review with HR for about 30 minutes. Second round was two phone interviews with two principals each. The first was a behavioral resume review and description of the typical, 'tell me a time when...' Questions. Second phone interview was a 30 min case study. This was over a webex and not your typical MBB style case--very quantitative but not too difficult. Third round was a final all day interview in the office. Started with a case presentation-written case study that you had to build a presentation of and present to a panel. Not too diffuse and the discussion was very good. Then there were a series of behavioral interviews with other principals and partners.
