After applying online, I had to participate in a 30 minute behavioral screening interview to determine whether I would be offered a first round interview. These were basic behavioral questions, such as "why do you want to work for us" and "what are your weaknesses". Approximately a week later, my recruiter (who did my initial screening) set up a two part interview - 30 minute case study, and 30 minute behavioral. The case study is very quantitative and they expect to see definitive results as well as your thought process behind your decision making. The behavioral portion again just consists of simple behavioral questions. I have not yet heard back about the next round.
