First round interview consisted of one 1-on-1 behavioral interview and one 1-on-1 case interview. The case interview is different from the typical case interview that most people prepare for. I was given a package of ~10-20 handouts stapled together. Included within were exhibits, company information, and blank sheets for my calculations and recommendations. I was then asked questions like "which product should company X launch" and expected to answer using the information in the package and my own business acumen.

Second round interview consisted of a demo case, case interview, analytic case, and behavioral interview (4 total). The demo case was essentially a demonstration where a consultant walked me through an actual case they did to give me a sense of what I can expect if I join the firm. The analytic case was similar to the case interview from first round, except that I was given 40 minutes in a room alone to prepare a presentation answering several key questions, based on information in the handout package.

Overall, the interview process tests your ability to analyze data. The ability to structure cases is not emphasized or even tested very much.
