Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Process starts out with at least two HR screener calls. Then a phone or in-person interview followed by a case study. The behavioral aspect of the call never happened, as the person never called me and I didn't have his number. After those 30 minutes were up another person called with a blunt introduction and kicked off into the web-ex case study. The content wasn't overly difficult, but apparently I didn't have the statistical analysis they were looking for.
Two hours later, and unscheduled the behavioral interviewer called to have our chat. Call went very well and was merely background information, past projects, examples of experience.
