Larger Firms Currently Recruiting for Entry Level Full Time? Still Looking for an Opportunity...
I guess I shot pretty high (MBB/Some Tier 2) and fell a little short during the standard fall recruiting cycle, and have since struggled to find mid size or larger firms that are still recruiting for a management consulting/strategy (-esque) entry level position. I know there are some boutiques still hiring here and there, but I was wondering which larger firms are recruiting, if any at this point. Given there are far less opportunities now, I can't be picky of course, but I would likely rather have a job with a brand name where I can lateral in a year or two to a tier 2 shop than have to plead my case that the work I did at a boutique was relevant. I'm at a Top 40 School, have a 3.8, and have prior Corp Dev Internship Experience at a F100 Life Science Firm. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Apply to the remaining T2s you didn't initially apply to and then take it a tier down with firms such as OC&C, ADL, Booz Allen, SKP, PA Consulting etc. Try the strategy houses of the Big 4 (Monitor, Strategy& and Parthenon as well) before trying the Big 4 directly after that. Plenty of firms that may still have openings.
