Stuck in resume purgatory

To cut to the chase, I'm a 2YOE consultant based in a large city (Chi/NYC/LA) - have a bit of a unique situation (not having received a ton of responsibility, long story). Coming from top 25 private uni in the US, however I'm struggling to elevate the responsibilities of my role without embellishing too much.

As such, I'm willing to pay for a service to help me work through this.

Does anyone have any consulting career coaches or resume reviewers they have used in the past that they would recommend?
