Solid shop, sharp people. Probably some of the nicest juniors i’ve interacted with. WLB is great both in Paris and London. Pay slightly below market, but other than that it’s a good shop which will def open up some doors for you. Exits include Oaktree, Hayfin, Carlyle and a bunch of other places.

Under market, yes. But it isn’t that bad (london). Source: good friend works there. Either way, exits are good.

 

Pretty sure it’s like 90-95 , but a big chunk of your bonus is in stock which vests over like 2 years. So that’s lame. Hours are pretty chill even when it’s deal time, I know for a fact they don’t work weekends. Probs 70-80 (on the peak bad hours side), so pretty good.
