At a top MM. Polos/sneakers would be a bit too casual. Most folks just wear a button down and slacks, maybe keep a pair of comfy shoes at the desk if your dress shoes hurt. Casual Thursdays pretty much anything (within reason) is game though.
At JPM - we all wear polos. Dress shirts/slack is actually less common in my group.
