Decently sized fixed income fund, but doesn't seem to be much info on it on this forum.
Anyone have any insight into what the comp/culture is like there? Seems like they have a grad program there but otherwise a lot of PMs there don't last more than 3-4 years (guess not too dissimilar to other multi strats)

technically multi strat but mainly a macro shop
large focus on FI RV and pretty good at that
fairly quantitative process but trading is discretionary (data driven discretionary if u like)
got an offer for internship there so all this is what they told me during the process. comp was below market for intern altho ive heard they pay better for grads
