Interested as well. They seem to have some pod shop elements to them (leverage, high turnover) but have heard they are a strong SM fund. Healthcare focus, great returns.
Yea, HH sells them as strong return and growing assets. I am most concerned about the high turnover of employees - seem like everyone leaves within 1-2 years. Their current roster is composed of almost all recent hires.
Right, that was a big red flag for me too, same experience. Exits were just ok as well from those that left. So hard to decipher.
