Does anyone here have some info on Capstone? They have a traditional focus on volatility trading, but seem to be expanding into other trading styles. Looking at linkedin they seem to have some very good vol PMs, but cant really speak for the rest. Does anyone know about recent performance? Is it a good place for PMs? Do they offer formulaic payouts or is it discretionary bonus? How is culture and pay?
