Funds like Adage
Are there any other funds that have fee structure like Adage where you are paid the 20% on outperformance and not absolute performance? Theoretically, these guys are paid only by their alpha.

A lot of boutique long only firms are paid like this. It’s a great structure for employees if you can get to a certain scale / size for management fees and then the performance incentives are incremental upside.
