How much does risk aversion play in a PM as they age?
I know age plays a role in how one assumes risk and how we understand psychology (ie. dominance theory).
Anyways, As PM's get older, my guess is their ability to take on risk lowers? Does this alter their risk strategy?
Does anyone wanna chime in?
