There is a small concentrated EU HF called Metronome here in London. Team is like 7 people, and seems AUM is £200m. Any ideas on the founders, and it if makes sense from a career perspective?
My first thoughts are how are these guys not bigger, when they seem to have a good track record?

Fund revenue is £1mn only per companieshouse. How can you pay 7 people well? Def not a strong career option.
Asset gathering is much more than a track record.
