Lol they get paid…how are they supposed to make a living otherwise? They’re not actually PMs or analysts anymore 

 

Huh? So they relinquish their PM responsibilities and do the instructor work FT? No way right

 

Point72 doesn’t just ask their PMs to become coaches lol. Its usually analysts/PMs looking to make a change internally or externally that move to what is probably the highest paid teaching job out there 

 

Idk, on a pure risk-adjusted basis, could even be pretty promising right? Sticking it out consistently in a HF seat for years is risky af
