Performance concerns
Been working at a fund for less than a year and unfortunately joined at the peak of the HY bond market. Personal performance has been particularly bad due to a couple poorly underwritten investments (definitely on me) but largely due to sectors/macro risk. How concerned should I be that I get fired and how should I approach my personal turnaround over the next 6 months?
