Who are the headhunters for the top tiger cubs (Tiger Global, Viking, Coatue, Lone Pine, etc.) after 2 + 2 banking and PE?

Thanks for this, very helpful. I’m currently in IB / going to PE next year, so my title is a bit misleading.
Do you know how exactly their recruiting process works? E.g. do the HHs (HSP, Dynamics, etc.) blast people in their network / analysts they formerly placed in PE, when an opening at the HFs comes up? Or do they reach out to specific people? How do they pick you? Do you need to be networking and expressing interest to the HHs in advance?

Odyssey is the HH for Viking. Oxbridge is the HH for Coatue. Similar to PE opportunities, if you work at a target PE firm for these roles, the HH will reach out to you. It’s a smaller candidate pool as well so the experience feels less churn and burn in working with them
