I would suggest you check yourself into a mental institution ASAP before you do damage to someone.

Hate to break it to you buddy. If he really wanted to you to reach out to him he would have given you his information directly (i.e. business card), and not to have other people look him up. I doubt anyone at Citi would be comfortable sharing contact information for someone supposedly that high up in the organization
