Background Check Concern

Hi all,

It has been 4 weeks now since my check began. Should I be concerned?

There are a few things that worry me that could hinder my offer, I think?

1) 600 credit score

2) shitty driving record (I know this does not matter probably, but still)

3) I worked unpaid for a large firm with massive HR, but since I worked directly there for someone, there is no paper trail or official info I worked there. Could I lose an offer over this?

appreciate anyone shedding light on the matter

1) doubt it

2) lmao

3) uhhh kind of tricky and you’ll for sure get flagged because HR won’t be able to confirm your employment. But you’ll likely have a chance to explain. Make sure this person you worked for can back you up.
