Best Suits / Clothes for an athletic build

I've recently bought some Mizzen and Maine dress shirts and love them much more than the classic cotton Brooks Brothers shirts that make me sweat like a pig. I have three suits now, but am looking to buy more dress pants.

Anyone have advice on where to get some that aren't super hot and uncomfortable? lol. I've heard good things about bonobos.

I don't want to spend $200+ on pants if they're going to be the same stuffy wool blend, but will if I must. Help a brotha out.

If you have problems with sweating, i'd look for 100% Egyptian cotton shirts - Prada has them, for instance. They feel like nice T-shirts on your skin. Yes, they come at an expense, but it is better than sweating.

As for suits (trousers, jackets), I'd concentrate on material - should be soft virgin wool, or a virgin wool and silk blend. You can get virgin wool and linen blend for summer and mohair/cashmere for winter. There are places where you can buy suits like this at sub 700$, just look for discounts - buy things at the end of the season.

Again, for sweating problems, I'd take Egyptian cotton or Bamboo for socks, then you will be fine. I like Falke socks and Hugo Boss socks for that.
