how is this group in terms of dealflow, culture and exits? how does it compare to other FIG groups on the street and other groups within BofA?

Good deal flow, good exits, one of the stronger team at BofA, culture is very rough, number of juniors leaving before / at the 1yr mark. All top 4 US BBs are quite good depending on geographies / sectors - I think at BofA Italy is quite good doing deals with Fintech / Banks, and in the UK / Insurance. Would let someone confirm but this is my sense from what I have seen.
