Career Resources
Good deal flow, good exits, one of the stronger team at BofA, culture is very rough, number of juniors leaving before / at the 1yr mark. All top 4 US BBs are quite good depending on geographies / sectors - I think at BofA Italy is quite good doing deals with Fintech / Banks, and in the UK / Insurance. Would let someone confirm but this is my sense from what I have seen.
