Buy-side friendly banks / teams | London

Hi Monkeys,

I was wondering if there are any banks or specific teams within banks in London that actively support juniors in their buy-side recruitment?

I know that European buy-side recruitment is very different to the US, where it is much more structured (on-cycle vs off-cycle) and where it takes time much earlier (early in the first year).

Haven't heard of cases where teams in London would pass prep materials to Analysts or help them in their efforts to make a move, while I know that it is more prevalent in the US.
