Connection at Foreign Office
I’m in a bit of a tricky situation here…
I’m preparing to recruit for 2024 and I have a family connection at a top BB with an MD in the London office but all the roles I would be recruiting for are based in the US. Does anyone know if it would be useful to ask for a referral from said connection? I know it’s still an internal referral but I won’t be working with him so he won’t have a say in the hiring and I’m just wondering how I can parlay this into an offer… any insights on how a foreign referral might unfold and if it’s any boost at all appreciated
