Do Investment Banks provide WFO setups?
I am about to start a new internship in Investment Banking at a small boutique in London. My employer told me that I will be working from home between 2 and 3 days a week, and that they will provide me with a laptop.
However, do you know if I can ask to borrow a monitor and a keyboard from my employer to have a good setup in my house? Or otherwise I have to pay with my own money for these kind of tools (monitors, keyboard, printer...). Since this is just for a 5 months internship, and I am not sure if I will get a FT offer, I would find pretty unfair to pay of all this.
For those of you who have been doing WFH for the past 18 months, how did you bank arrange this?
