EB London Comp

Curious as to the comp at elite boutiques/top MM in London in comparison to BB's there.

Heard standard base is at 60k for BB so am curious if EB base is either the same, higher or lower and if they make up ground on signing and/or regular bonus.

Any info is appreciated

Believe a lot of the London EBs (LAZ / EVR / PJT / RTH / PWP / MOE) are either above 60k for base rn or going to be heading there soon enough. A couple of the pay bumps haven't quite reached across the pond yet officially but sounds like they're holding discussions. Pretty confident that PJT, and probably EVR and PWP, will try to beat (or at least match) GS at 65k when the bump comes based on what I'm hearing.

My understanding from people in the firm is 65. I could be wrong here but I do trust those that have told me.

EDIT: maybe some other pseudo-base bonus is involved to get it to 70?

Interesting, is this pre or post bump? Had always thought that An1 was 55 for them based upon close friends.

Appreciate the response, sounds like all the EBs are clustered together other than PJT who really seem keen to push the boat out.
