Finance in Toronto

How many summer analyst spots do banks have in Toronto each year? What is the overall summer analyst class size? Is it extremely competitive compared to more significant financial capitals such as NYC or London?

Canadian Banks ~ 10-15 Global Banks ~ 2-5 EB's/Boutiques ~ 1-2

In terms of competition, there are less spots available, however, less people apply as well. In recent years, I would say competition has increased drastically as US-based firms have been less open to hiring Canadians and international students.

Edit: Not sure why I got monkey shit, but feel free to correct me.

What are the best EBs in Toronto? Is it harder to land these vs. the Big 5 Canadian banks?
