IBD SA 2021 - in-person?
Hey guys, what are the chances of SAs to be in-person next summer in London? If a vaccine will be available to us, do you guys think banks will make it a requirement for going into the office?

Spoke with an ED at GS/MS/JPM and he told me that him and other seniors will push heavily to return to the office in March/April if the vaccine proceeds smoothly. SAs are really useless in a virtual setting so that's another incentive. I honestly think no one can say anything for sure right now, we'll have to wait and see
HR at two BBs said they will do everything to make it in-person if the circumstances permit. I don’t think you get an option if it is indeed in-person.
