Currently moving from a T2 bank to a BB as an Associate 1 in London. Since I do not know anyone who did this on an Associate 1 level I was wondering what I can expect as a sign on bonus or what I should say in case they ask me?
Is this decided case by case or is there a typical bonus you get offered like the 5-10k for when you start? Loosing pretty much my bonus for the full year due to the move and might have to move apartments as well.
