London: Associate pay at EBs vs BBs???

Anyone got any idea what the typical comp range is for associates at EBs in London? (Evercore / PJT etc??) I know some pay 20-30k more than BBs all in at An1 level, how much does this pay differential carry on as an associate?

Found this Arkesden report but only shows BBs and not boutiques

Boutiques vary too much and are less standardised than BBs and it also massively depends what ‘bucket’ you fall into but just to give a few London examples below:

a) my friend made £25k sign on, £90k base and £90k bonus as a first year associate at an EB

b) my other friend got £80k base and £70k bonus in his first year as an associate at an EB (not sure what his sign on was)

c) another friend at a small boutique (non EB) got a £25k sign on, £100k base and £100k bonus as a first year associate

it also depends whether or not your bank does stub bonuses and has an ‘Associate 0’ where you’ll get a 3-6 month bonus etc.
