Pjt and CVP pay??

I have an offer from a top BB in London (MS/GS) in m&a. I’ve been told CVP and PJT pay a much higher amount in London - same base but 100% bonus of base apparently. Is this the case? So all in, minimum would be 110k?

if this is the case, I’d be happy to apply as I’m in banking for the money and want to take full advantage

does CVP lock you into a 3 years contract?

No explicit contract with CVP, most people will see through their full 3 years but there are occasional departures prematurely. There are financial / relationship-based incentives to stay and obviously not well received when analysts leave early.

Only have US numbers but should give you a taste for relative comp vs. other banks. ~$185k (1st year stub in December) ~$240k (first full year, analyst 2), ~$275k+ (second full year, analyst 3). All not including the $50k analyst signing (with 3 year partial clawback) and new $200k analyst-to-associate signing bonus (2 year full clawback)
