Not sure about off cycles, but SAs earn the same as AN1 pro rata (lets assume 70k gbp in LDN, but this figure is from a couple of years ago)
70k confirmed for 2024 SA.
in average, off-cycle interns are paid the same as SA? bc it means they will pay me 6K/month for 6 months xD
