HL: pretty sweaty but one of the strongest teams on the street in terms of exposure and deal flow.
Rothschild: very sweaty team, but deal flow also strong and exits are decent.
Evercore: the team isn’t very strong. Not sure about the exits or culture, but from what I’ve heard it’s quite sweaty.
Lazard: team is a mess, on the lower end compared to the other names listed. Culture is bad and the vast majority of the team resigned in the last two years.
