HL Restructuring in London is notoriously sweaty. Expect >100 hour weeks frequently. Mst leave within 1-2 years due to how unsustainable it is. Good exits though
How is this ranking against the other ones? Hard to imagine that you work significantly less at PJT, PWP, EVR since they all pay well and do larger deals.
HL: pretty sweaty but one of the strongest teams on the street in terms of exposure and deal flow. Rothschild: very sweaty team, but deal flow also strong and exits are decent.
Evercore: the team isn’t very strong. Not sure about the exits or culture, but from what I’ve heard it’s quite sweaty.
Lazard: team is a mess, on the lower end compared to the other names listed. Culture is bad and the vast majority of the team resigned in the last two years.

They are all sweatshops lol. RX in Europe is for people who really love to work in distressed deals and as such don’t mind working around the clock.
Also, careful to move unless you see yourself doing that for a while, it will pigeonhole you.
