Groups are primarily financials and industrials. DCM and sponsors are there as well. Definitely seems like you work hard, but culture seems decent, somewhat old school southern. People stay at Stephens for a long time. Definitely opportunity for upward career mobility, albeit maybe stunted at times due to low turnover making it slower for spots to open.
