Hi all -- senior associate at a MM bank in the City. I am up for VP promotion mid-year, ahead of the normal year-end review cycle. Is it standard to receive a stub associate bonus at that time, or would it be half associate/half VP at the normal Q1 2022 distribution? Perhaps it is firm-specific? Curious to the group's thoughts - will recognise good insights with SB's, thanks.
