What to include in informational calls request emails

I'm ramping up my networking efforts and starting to branch out towards the more senior level and using email rather than linkedin only. I was wondering

1) Is it considering ok to reach out to senior bankers and not just analysts and associates 2) Other than the usual content that is usually covered, what should I include my CV for context? - not sure if this makes the whole email too "give me the job-ish" vibes 3) Any general advice for networking with people different seniority levels - should/how should my questions change?

P.s. UK based and currently targeting graduate roles

Thanks in advance.
