Anyone knows if Centerview has a dedicated recruiting/HR email?
The firm does not recommend contacting current employees to network, so I was wondering if they have a specific recruiting/careers/HR email?

Not sure, but even if they do I'm not sure what use it will be to you. Probably the hardest, if not one of the hardest places to even get an interview with. Super secretive and requires a) target school and b) inside contacts.
What would be your best advice to get a chance at FT recruiting? I come from a target and have relevant experience, but I have no contacts in the firm...

Honestly, I am not sure how to give advice here. I think a lot of their FT positions at the junior level come from SA conversions. The only way I've ever seen kids land roles are there are by ticking all boxes and applying. I personally know a couple people who got interviews through their family name, but didn't get an offer. Ultimately, it's not one of those shops where you can provide an outline of necessary steps to "enhance" you application and chances. In my experience, you either apply and get the offer or don't. Otherwise... lateral down the line. All in all, not a shop I can provide advice on getting a chance. It is incredibly, incredibly difficult and they keep their recruitment process pretty hush as far as I know.
My friend got an interview there and someone there on the team just emailed him directly from their company email
