BB recruiting for internationals after the post-study work visa
I will be joining a London target uni undergrad. Are my chances of getting into BB, all else being equal, equal to a UK citizen? Setting aside bias of some employers.

Yes, all BBs sponsor, and it won't make a difference.
You'll hear some internationals in the UK complain about how they are 'discriminated' against, and that they didn't land BB/EB because of visas. But the truth is that they simply weren't good enough, and are just using that as an excuse.
