BDB Financial Scam?

Applied to this company on LinkedIn - BDB Financial. They had the "easy apply" feature on so I just had to submit a resume. Within a day a recruiter messages me on LinkedIn to set up an interview. They want me to come to their office in the suburbs of Illinois at like 7pm.

Googled the company, the only company with this name is based in the UK, and this one has a location in the suburbs of Illinois.

I ask them if they do phone interviews - no response on LinkedIn. Then they text me confirming the date of the interview - for a week AFTER the original date was supposed to be. I ask them by text if they do phone interviews - they respond by text but the response doesn't answer the question I asked. In the response they say "your interview is actually today" (the original date we had scheduled). They give me the link to request to join a Facebook group (with eight members) wherein I'm supposed to watch some videos in advance of the interview.

At no point have they communicated with me by email - only LinkedIn messages, text, and Facebook.

This series of events is incredibly suspicious - anyone heard of this company or know if it's a scam?
