Title says it all - is it fine to have facial hair while recruiting for buyside roles in London? Or, from risk mangement perspective, you would shave it off?
Have been carring a beard ever since getting a FT offer, and do not want to get rid off it. At the same time do not want to rub potential interviewers up the wrong way.

Imo if they are willing to reject someone based on something as minor as that (assuming you still keep a clean appearance overall), then are those the people you want to work with?
