Best firms for career bankers?

As the title says, want to get some inputs on what the best firms / firm traits are if you want to be a career banker and why those aspects are good if you want to be a career banker

Have heard places like Roths, Evercore and Centerview (ofc) are strong for this and that many people stay for a long time but is this a just function of people simply enjoying the firm and other EB’s like them and the people they work with or that these EBs acc give you a leg up in some sense if you want to go career banker

Have also heard it’s easier to build clients in a BB where you can point them to other products but that it’s also simultaneously easier to lose clients there as well

If a firm has lots of repeat biz, doesn’t that suggest harder for you to break in because the deals are mostly with the existing MDs?

Thanks
