Is London Recruiting Random at Lateral Level?
Wanted to get some thoughts since everyone generally agrees the randomness of UK recruiting for SA/Grad programmes in IB. Is this randomness the same at An1+ lateral level? Is there more networking involved? How’s usually best to position yourself for lateral moves?
